 I always knew I was an Artist, but encouragement was not always forthcoming. Parents seem to think you need to be practical.

Needing to support myself and with something to prove I became a Marine and went to Saudi Arabia to fight in the 1st Gulf War. Because I wanted to have more control in my future, when I had my first child I decide not to reenlist but to stay at home with her. Two more children later I decided that it was now or never and that I needed something in my life that was my own. I have stopped listening to the negative voices along the way and have used some of my Marine Corps training “No Guts No Glory”
I have decided to pursue art seriously and have been in numerous Galleries and Museums
